Demolition of War Memorial Auditorium

Project involved the demolition of two structures: the former Norvell Tent Company, a single structure and the multi -story War Memorial Coliseum. The demolition of the auditorium included both selective and mechanical demolition. The 70’ tall concrete and brick auditorium was of bridge truss system/clear span construction. Demolition required surgical separation of auditorium from part of building to remain. Work in close confines to large coliseum adjacent to auditorium.
