This project in busy downtown Richmond included abatement of three buildings; mechanical demolition of a 3-story structure; implosion of an 11-story building; as well as selective demolition for the renovation of the four story building, which was gutted. Site work included the removal of 11 underground storage tanks, disposal of contaminated soil, underground shoring and tie backs.
