D.H. Griffin was selected by Southwest Value Partners to do the environmental abatement and demolition of the former lifeway campus in downtown Nashville, now coined Nashville Yards. The project involved months of preparation and included both mechanical demolition with our large, specialized fleet of advanced demolition machinery as well as explosive demolition. The implosion of the 12-story Draper Tower on the former lifeway campus was the largest implosion in downtown Nashville in recent history. The campus on 10th and Broadway will be replaced with new residential, office, and retail.
