Structural demolition of the former Vitamin B and Vitamin C production facility in Wilmington, NC. Extent of removal was 4' below grade and scope of work required special coordination with remaining live utilities. Contract included erosion control, asbestos abatement, structural demolition, grading and final seeding. Prior to grading, ground penetrating radar equipment was utilized to ensure all concrete foundations were removed down to specified levels.
