DARI contracted by Forsyth County to perform the abatement and total gut of this 10-story building in downtown Winston-Salem. Job consisted of 3 parking levels (141,500 sf) of 100% sprayed on asbestos; 6 levels of office (283,500 sf) space with beam fireproofing and 16,651 sf penthouse mechanical room ACM sprayed beam and deck and abatement of pipe insulation and miscellaneous floor coverings.
